Meet the Founders

  • Synapse

    FOUNDER | SCIENCE & ENGINEERING

    Jorge Tapia, aka Synapse, is a Software Engineer with a Computer Science degree and multiple Apple Editor’s Choice awards for iOS app development. He has founded and supported organizations like SWAT Nation and Hydra Gaming. Synapse won a major WarCraft 3 tournament in 2003.

    Jorge enjoys creating games and apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro, as well as playing Halo, The Legend of Zelda, StarCraft, and Age of Empires. He is currently learning how to play the violin.

  • Adorize

    CO-FOUNDER | ESPORTS & GAMING

    Dulce Almanza, better known as Adorize, is arguably the best female Gears player to have ever graced the game. She has won numerous major Gears tournaments and events, establishing herself as a professional player with UYU, Fire N Ice, Team Agarthas, and Hydra Gaming.

    In addition to her professional Gears of War career, Dulce is actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Chemistry. She also finds joy in playing games like New World: Aeternum and Raft.
